Our minds are like sponges, and they absorb whatever is around them. This is why the Bible says to study the Word and meditate on the Scriptures day and night and think on things that are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, are of good report, and have virtue. We are to commit our thoughts to God because then the devil flees, and we can focus on God’s will for our lives. We must study the Scriptures daily, praise God and give Him thanks for His goodness, and pray about everything in our lives. This is how we overcome the attacks of the enemy with a happy heart, peace, and confidence!
