When we are committed to Jesus, we study the Scriptures for His wisdom and direction and spend time in prayer and worship to build our relationship with Him. When we follow the world, we do things to please our own desires and emotions and get the world’s approval to justify our actions. One day, we will all have to stand before God to account for our lives, and no one will escape this day. It’s better to be an heir of His rewards and blessings than to be a sinner and stand before Him for judgment.
