Many people become “Christians” for personal gain to “live their best life now.” But this isn’t a time for prosperity because God is getting ready to pour out His wrath upon this evil world. We become Christians because we realize that we are one of the sinners whom God will punish and that Jesus IS the only Savior who can spare us from that judgment. God blesses His children with good things now so we can do His will on this earth and tell others of His Salvation, but our rewards and blessings come when Jesus takes us out of here to be with Him forever — and He’s coming soon!
