We can’t fight the devil and defeat him on our own strength. But Jesus fought him and won when He died on the cross for our sins and then rose from the dead. When we accept Jesus as our Savior, God fills us with His Spirit, and Jesus becomes our Lord who fights our battles for us. As we study the Bible and spend time in prayer and worship, our knowledge and faith in Jesus grow, and we are made strong in HIS love, HIS strength, HIS wisdom, and HIS power—and the devil flees!
