There are times when we silently judge others for how they dress, speak, or react in various situations. We are quick to turn away and not offer them help, especially if they are believers, because we don’t like how they present themselves. But this is not the way to treat people because we don’t know their hearts or what stresses or pain or challenges they are fighting in their lives. As God’s children, we need to see them through Christ’s eyes and love them and forgive them and be willing to help them anyway. Let’s not forget that Jesus loved us, forgave us, and lifted us out of our sorrows when we were down, so as His disciples, we should always treat others with the same humility and show His love in everything we say and do.
