The Bible tells us that every day brings new challenges but also that God’s mercies are new every morning. The schedules of this world have us so busy planning ahead and preparing for tomorrow that we often miss the blessings God has for us today. This is the day the Lord has made so let’s rejoice and be glad in it! Let’s take the time to praise God for giving us today, for covering us with His love, and for the blessings He’s poured out upon us today. There is no guarantee of a tomorrow, so let’s praise the Lord for the opportunities He has prepared for us and for the blessings He has given to us today so that we can be who He has called us to be in this day. God is a good father to us, so let’s praise Him for loving us and for the guidance and protection and bountiful blessings that He’s given to us today.
