Life is changing, and if you are old enough to look back 30 or 40 years, you can see the dubious transformation of people’s attitudes and values just by observing how they live. We were once a God-fearing nation; now we’re watching a changing of the gods.

All lives used to matter when God was present in our nation. But time is running out and the devil is working hard at infiltrating the minds of people and turning them against God. Years ago, the laws were our benchmark for life, and we honored, obeyed and reverenced them. We knew what to expect if we broke them, and this kept most of us living in a safe environment. But today, people don’t want to live under “God’s” authority and so they just change His laws to suit their own greedy and evil ways. Now the world has no peace—nor does if have people who feel guilty for taking that peace away.

God gave His laws to Moses who passed them on to us so that we could live as a whole body under the same set of rules. These Ten Commandments were the foundation of our judiciary system, and while they kept us humble, they also reassured us that God was still God and that these laws were His laws for us.

Years ago, children began their school day with the Lord’s Prayer. Gideon Bibles were given to them and the great Christmas concerts were all about the birth of Jesus in the manger. But slowly, evil crept in and God was removed from the schools entirely, and then from the workplace, public places and now even from most churches! People no longer want to honor and love God; they want to honor and love themselves. Governments want more power and so they change the laws in favor of the people’s lusts, and religious leaders accept these changes and say that God wants us to be happy. But…God DOES not and WILL not change!

• For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.—Malachi 3:6

Many lawmakers today have blinders on and refuse to see that these are God’s laws, but they don’t want to acknowledge the God of Heaven. These (un)intelligent officials are making changes without even looking ahead to see the disasters that will result from them. They are so engulfed in preserving their power that they are giving the people whatever they want to keep them happy. But this can only last for a short time before civilization retreats to a barbaric existence!

Life in our world today has no value. God said not to murder, yet babies are murdered by the thousands daily to appease the god of this world, disguised as “women’s rights”. Euthanasia is becoming as common as removing a child’s tonsils. People who are crying out to live are being denied that right, and why? Because their life is an inconvenience to the evil person who has charge over them.  And the new laws make it legal to kill old or young that’s in the way of enjoying life in this evil society.

God created people in His image—two sexes, a man and a woman, and He told them to marry and have children. Yet, people today don’t want that old way of life, so the laws have been changed to make the gay life legal, and to speak against them is a criminal offense. That wasn’t enough, so now the governments have made legal a new gender of people. Now we have men becoming women and women becoming men, totally defying what God created and said was good. As a result, there is no legal male or female anything anymore. It’s all one gender for fear of discriminating against these self-made genders. And the final straw to break our traditional back is that children have the legal right to choose their own gender, and parents have no authority over the transforming of their bodies.

• Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!—Isaiah 5:20

Drugs that were once forbidden have now become legal! Immigrants are getting more financial and emotional support and are given more rights than our own retired veterans and war heroes. It seems that having so many gods to honor and worship has forced us to live in a way that is totally out of control and that honors only evil.

But it’s all part of the big picture, and we are unraveling quickly into absolute chaos that will open the doors for the antichrist to step in and take control. Sin has abounded just as it says in Matthew 24:12. In fact, all the signs that Jesus warned us about in Matthew 24 are coming to pass right before our eyes. We are entering a time of destruction for the evil people of this world, but it’s going to be a time of rejoicing for the ones who know Jesus!

Why? Because Jesus is about to call all of His saints home! We will suddenly leave this earth and meet Him in the clouds along with all of those who love Jesus and have already died. It is going to be a glorious day when that happens, and the seven years that follow will be a Heavenly celebration—and this day of rapture is closer than you think!

• For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.—1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

Jesus will call us out of here first and then God will pour His wrath upon this evil world. The changes in life are so obvious now that even those who don’t know Jesus are worried about what’s going on. This is why it is urgent that we focus on getting the message of salvation out to everyone! It’s not a time to be shy or to worry that a friend won’t speak to you again. This is the time to plant the seeds of hope, to tell people about Jesus and to inspire them to call out to Him and get saved!

Today is the day of salvation. There is only one God, and He is in Heaven watching everything that’s going on here on earth and counting down the minutes until He comes. But He’s giving everyone a chance to turn from sin and receive His forgiveness because every soul is precious to Him. He doesn’t want anyone to perish. And there’s no opportunity after we die to get saved; we can only do that while we’re alive on this earth. Once the Great Tribulation happens, it’s going to cost people their lives to become a believer. This is the seven-year period before Christ returns to end it all and take His place on David’s throne in Jerusalem.

• Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repents.—Luke 15:10

Until Jesus calls us home, we must share the gospel with others, live a life that testifies of God’s love in us, and get people saved NOW. Yes, there is yet to come another changing of the gods, and this change puts life back to how God intended it to be when He first created Adam and Eve. This change establishes that He is the only God.
